Topsham Ward Councillors, Andrew Leadbetter, Rob Newby and Keith Sparkes have organised a community litter pick on Saturday 4th July 2020, with local residents.
Residents are asked to meet on the green by the Glasshouse Lane Bus stop at 10am.
Alfie Carlisle is a Trainee Solicitor, having read law at the University of Exeter. He is Deputy Chair Political for Exeter Conservative Association. Originally from Plymouth, he has lived in Devon all his life and is passionate about issues affecting local people in the constituency.
Simon Jupp is the Member of Parliament for the East Devon Constituency. The Exeter City Council boundary area is spread across two Parliamentary Constituencies. Some parts of Exeter are part of the East Devon Constituency. Namely parts of Topsham Ward, Priory Ward and St Loyes Ward.
Former Councillor Keith Sparkes was elected to Exeter City Council in December 2019 as a Councillor for the Topsham Ward. Born in Exeter he attended Ladysmith First School, Ladysmith Middle School, Vincent Thompson High School, and Exeter College before moving away to University. He returned to Exeter in 2011.
Katherine New is a retired NHS Healthcare Scientist, working at the RD&E Hospital for over 20 years. With lifelong experience in community leadership roles and having grown up in St Thomas and Alphington, she is committed to improving the quality of life for people in Exeter.
