1.1 Devon County Council state that there have already been consultations on this scheme in 2020 and 2021. Do you agree ?
1.2a If the answer to Q1 is Yes— Do you agree that this was sufficient consultation?
1.3a Do you think that the scheme introduced on 3rd August 2023 is working ?
1.4 If the scheme is modified or scrapped would you like to see strict enforcement of the current 20mph limit by cameras with fines for those breaking limit.?
1.5 Do you think that there is sufficient infrastructure to support the current plan if it is fully adopted. This relates to accessibility to rail and bus links?
