Exeter City Council - Former Topsham Councillor

Former Councillor Keith Sparkes was elected to Exeter City Council in December 2019 as a ward Councillor for the Topsham ward.  Born in Exeter he attended Ladysmith First School, Ladysmith Middle School, Vincent Thompson High School, and Exeter College before moving away to University.  He returned in 2011.

Former Councillor Sparkes, prior to May 2022, served on the following Exeter City Council committees, where he had a high attendance record.
