Anne Jobson

Anne Jobson has lived in Exeter for 16 years, first in St Thomas before moving to north Exeter. A barrister specialising in family and childcare law; she sees the challenges facing young families. Anne wants priority given to local families needing homes rather than more student housing developments in the City. Anne was awarded the OBE for political and public service and enjoys meeting local groups and residents to make sure their voice is heard. Anne is often seen at local events with her little owl “Theia” or walking the northern section of the Green Circle with her springer spaniel.

Cllr Andrew Leadbetter

Andrew has been the County Councillor for Topsham and St Loyes since 1997 and one of the City Councillors for Topsham. He is Leader of the Conservative Group on Exeter City Council.

Cynthia Thompson

Cynthia Thompson was formerly the Conservative city councillor for Pinhoe, and has previously served as The Lord Mayor of Exeter.

Katherine New

Katherine New is an NHS Healthcare Scientist, working at the RD&E Hospital for over 20 years. With lifelong experience in community leadership and governance roles and having grown up in St Thomas and Alphington, she is committed to improving the quality of life for people in Exeter.
Katherine is Deputy Chair Political for the Exeter Conservative Association and Chair of the West Exe Branch. She was the Alphington Ward candidate for the 2018 and 2019 local elections.
