Devon County Council - Councillor for Wearside & Topsham Division

Andrew has been the County Councillor for Topsham since 1997. 

Within Devon County Council he is leader of the Conservative Group and a member of the Exeter Highways and Traffic orders committee.

Notes:  The County Council Division includes the whole of the Topsham Ward, as well as parts of St Davids, Newtown and St Leonard and Priory wards.
