The Devon Conservative Group call on Government to properly fund Devon schools

The Devon Conservative Group, worried about the financial situation of the schools in the county, has resolved to send a public petition to the Government, hoping that a generous backing from the people will help the message to get across. Here is the message  contained in the petition on the popular social engagement website change.org :  

"Each pupil in Devon received £290 less than the national average. Conservatives in Devon believe this is not right. The current/recent Government consultation is flawed and does not improve the situation. We therefore call on Government to increase the funding for the young people of Devon. We would ask you to support our petition for increased funding for the young people of Devon."
